1win Launches $1WIN Token Sale on Solana: $0.03 Price, $30M FDV, Revenue-Funded Buybacks
1win's two-week $1WIN public sale on Solana opened October 15: 130 million tokens at $0.03 in USDC, a $30M FDV, pro-rata allocation and no vesting.

1win, which describes itself as one of the largest iGaming platforms in the world, opened the public sale for its native token, $1WIN, on October 15 at 3 PM UTC. The 1win token sale runs for two weeks on Solana, and buyers pay in USDC at a fixed $0.03 per token. 1win puts the fully diluted valuation at $30 million against a fixed supply of 1 billion tokens. 130 million tokens are on offer, which 1win lists as a $3.9 million sale size at the sale price, and sale tokens carry no vesting.
How the 1win token sale works
The sale uses an oversubscription model. Buyers connect a non-custodial Web3 wallet (no registration) on the official sale page at 1wintoken.com and deposit USDC from a $10 minimum, with no maximum. When the two weeks are up, each buyer receives a share of the 130 million tokens equal to their share of the total USDC pool, and unused USDC is returned. If deposits exceed the sale size, allocations are pro-rata.
What the token does
$1WIN is a Solana SPL token intended for use across 1win products, including gaming, lottery and rewards. 1win's pitch is that it built the product first: the platform was founded in 2016 and says it serves 100 million registered players, so the token is being added to a business that already generates revenue rather than hoping a token creates users. Two planned mechanisms tie the token to platform activity. First, regular open-market buybacks funded by gaming revenue rather than token reserves. Second, 10% of $1WIN spent through supported products is to be permanently burned through a smart contract. There's no minting after the token generation event (TGE).
Where the supply goes
51% of the supply is designated for user-facing mechanisms: 25% for platform game reward pools, 18% for Wager Rewards and 8% for distribution through the 1win Telegram Mini App. The TGE is targeted for Q4 2026. Use only links from 1win's official channels; copycat tokens are common around launches.
Risks. Token sales are high-risk. $1WIN has no trading history yet, its price after TGE could fall below the $0.03 sale price, and the buybacks and burns are plans 1win has announced, not guarantees. Check whether buying is legal where you live, and only use money you can afford to lose. More crypto news and all news.
